Beyonce had tattooed the numeral IV (4) on her left finger in 2008, a symbol of her birthday (Sept. 4), Jay Z's birthday (Dec. 4), and their wedding (April 4) in recent pics of the star, the tattoo is gradually fading...and now individuals are asking if all is well in the Knowles-Carter household. They've been together for over 12 years...I have an atmosphere they will be together for quite a long time in the future
